We are the owners, Dave & Patty DeMaio, and we'd like to welcome you to our campground.  We're a friendly RV park with clean facilities providing a 24-hour on-site manager for your convenience.  Our facility is convenient to excellent medical facilities in Tyler as well as shopping, restaurants, golf, theaters, a world-famous rose garden, award-winning zoo, and area lakes with fantastic fishin'!

RULES WE GOT

• Check-out time 2:00 pm
• Quiet hours 9:00 pm - 7:00 am...(shhhhhh)
• Pets must be kept on leash (husbands don't count)
• Speed limit 10 mph
• Keep your site clean
• You pay, you stay...you don't, you won't
